Victor’s practice focuses on the areas of employment, business, and construction litigation. He represents clients’ interests at every stage from contract drafting and HR audits to pre-trial litigation and trial practice. He is licensed in both state and federal court and is a board member of the Southwest Florida Federal Bar Association and a founding board member of the Southwest Florida Catholic Lawyers Association. He was awarded the Client’s Choice Award by Avvo where he maintains the highest rating possible. He was also selected by Florida Super Lawyers as a Rising Star, a distinction only 2.5% of attorneys in the state of Florida are awarded.

A top ten graduate at Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Victor was selected to intern with both the Honorable Mac R. McCoy of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the United States Attorney’s Office. He was often recognized for his achievements in oral advocacy including the first-place champion of the UCLA School of Law Cyber Crimes Moot Court Competition, a Finalist in Ave Maria’s St. Thomas More Appellate Competition, and a Semi-Finalist in Notre Dame’s National Appellate Advocacy Tournament. Victor was born and raised in Southern California and moved to Florida with his wife in 2015.
